How much does a small business website cost?
Website projects start at $1,500. You get a written plan with the pages, content and cost before any work starts. Hosting and care plans after launch start at $75 a month.
How much does custom software cost for a small business?
It depends on what it needs to do, so every software project is quoted after a free call. You get a written scope, timeline and cost before anything is built, and it’s built in stages, so you can start with the part that saves the most time.
Is custom software worth it for a small business?
Sometimes. Off-the-shelf tools are a good start, and if one fits, we’ll tell you to use it. Custom software is worth it when your team is working around the tool: retyping information between systems, keeping side spreadsheets, or bending a process to match the software instead of the other way around. Replacing those spreadsheets with one system is the most common reason to build.
What is the flooring platform?
It’s flooring store software we’re building with a multi-location flooring retailer: quotes, contracts with e-signature, payments, warehouse work orders, installer scheduling and pay, and reports. Can you help my business get found on Google?
Yes. We help small businesses get found on Google, Google Maps and AI search: the technical setup, your Google Business Profile, page content and structured data. Nobody can promise a top ranking, and we won’t, but we’ll fix what’s holding you back and tell you what we changed.
How does SEO work?
Search engines, and the AI assistants that draw on them, need to find your pages, understand what you do and where, and see signs that you’re a real, trusted business. That means a fast, technically sound site, a clear page for each service, a complete Business Profile if you serve a local area, and real mentions and reviews on other sites. Results build over weeks and months, not days.
Is AI safe for a small business to use?
It can be, with sensible limits. We use AI for work a person reviews, such as drafting quotes and documents or searching your records, give it access only to the information the task needs, and keep it away from things it shouldn’t touch, such as payment details. Plenty of projects don’t need AI at all, and we’ll say so.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A website is a much shorter project than a business platform. Every project gets a written plan and timeline before any work starts, and you see working pieces early, so you know what you’re getting first.
Can you work with us remotely?
Yes. We work remotely with small and mid-size businesses anywhere in the US. It starts with a call, then a written plan, then a working preview you can click through, with screen sharing and email in between. You don’t need to be nearby.

We can host, update and keep improving what we build, with care plans from $75 a month, or hand it over to you. You choose.
