Practical AI integration for small businesses.

AI added where it saves real time, either to systems you already use or to ones we build for you. It’s a tool in the build, not the point of it, and people stay in charge of what goes out.

Quoted after a free call.

Automate quotes, documents and busywork, with people in charge.

What you get

  • Assistants inside your apps that answer from your own data
  • Drafting for quotes, invoices, documents and replies, for a person to review
  • Smart search across your records and files
  • Automations that move information between your tools

How it works

  1. 1We look for the tasks where AI would actually save time, and say so when it wouldn’t.
  2. 2We build a small version first and test it on real work.
  3. 3We roll it out with clear rules for what it can and can’t do.

Who it’s for

Businesses with software or a website already in place, and anyone we build for who wants AI in the product.

Wherever you are

We work remotely with small and mid-size businesses anywhere in the US. Calls, screen sharing and working previews you can click through mean the whole project can happen without you leaving your desk.

The person you talk to on the first call is the person who builds it. Every project is scoped and priced in writing before work starts.

Questions about AI integration

Do we have to use AI?
No. AI is something we add when it saves real time, such as drafting quotes or finding records faster. Plenty of projects don’t need it, and we’ll say so.
Is AI safe for a small business to use?
It can be, with sensible limits. We use it for work a person reviews, such as drafts and search, give it access only to the information the task needs, and keep it away from things it shouldn’t touch, such as payment details. Some tasks shouldn’t be handed to AI at all, and we’ll tell you which.
Can AI automate our quotes and invoices?
Often, yes. AI can draft quotes and documents from your own prices and records, and simple automations can send invoices and move information between your tools. A person checks anything that goes to a customer.
Who checks what the AI writes?
Your people do. Drafts are for a person to review, and we roll AI out with clear rules for what it can and can’t do.
Can you add AI to tools we already use?
Often, yes. We add it to systems you already have or to ones we build for you, and automate the hand-offs between the tools you use.
How much does AI integration cost?
It’s quoted after a free call. We start with a small version tested on real work, so you see whether it saves time before going further.
