Sometimes. Off-the-shelf tools are a good start, and if one fits, we’ll tell you to use it. Custom software is worth it when your team is working around the tool: retyping information between systems, keeping side spreadsheets, or bending a process to match the software.
Can you replace our spreadsheets with custom software?
Yes, that’s one of the most common reasons to build. We start from the spreadsheets you use today, including the formulas and workarounds, and turn them into one system where each person sees what they need and nothing gets typed twice.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, so every project is quoted after a free call. You get a written scope, timeline and cost before anything is built, and we build in stages, so you can start with the part that saves the most time.
Do you build software for flooring stores?
Yes. We’re building a full platform with a multi-location flooring retailer: quotes, contracts with e-signature, payments, warehouse work orders, installer scheduling and pay, and reports. It launches at the beginning of 2027, then opens to other flooring stores.
What happens after launch?
